Smoked sausage products packaged by Eddy Packing Co. in Texas are the subject of the most recent recall by the US Department of Agriculture. The products in question were packaged either April 5 or 6 of this year and have the marking EST.4800 on the USDA mark. Products from this facility were shipped to a handful of states, including Oklahoma. If you have any of this sausage in your home, be sure to discard of it properly.
