HAVE YOU MISSED A COURT DATE?

If you are charged with a crime or get a traffic ticket one of the most important things to note is the court date. If you miss the court date the consequences can be harsh, including loss of driving privileges and possible jail time. Not only would this type of system give an added layer of protection to help defendants show up for their court appearance but it would also move Oklahoma’s courts one step closer to an electronic/online system considered more modern in today’s world.
