IS SMOKABLE MARIJUANA BANNED?

It hasn’t taken long for officials to start working on putting together regulations regarding medical marijuana. The State Board of Health is working on how to implement the new law, and has recommended the ban of smokable marijuana. Another recommendation by the Board is that a pharmacist be on staff at every dispensary. These suggestions could be met with legal challenges, and the Governor could still call a special session of the legislature to sort through these issues. At this time though, no special session has been called and residents of Oklahoma will have to wait a bit longer to learn the ins and outs of the new law.
