NEW RULES FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA?

After what can only be described as unbelievable, the State Department of Health passed new regulations for medical marijuana. The first set of rules were widely regarded as having been written without following proper procedure, prompting the State Attorney General and others to voice concern. The new rules no longer ban certain smokeables or require a pharmacist to be on site at every dispensary. Limits on THC have also been removed and lowers the age for dispensary works from 21 to 18.
