Arrested For DUI/DWI/APC?, Blog Post, Knowing Your Rights, News, Protecting Your Driving Freedoms

The 2017 Impaired Driving Elimination Act 2 has been held unconstitutional by the State Supreme Court. The reason? The bill did not limit itself to just issues of DUI, and thus violated the “single subject” rule. So for now, it is business as usual where DUI’s are concerned, and we can help. If you have been arrested and charged with DUI you need to act fast to preserve your right to drive and protect your license. Call us to schedule an appointment today.
