THE NUMBER OF FACEBOOK USERS IMPACTED BY PRIVACY BREACH GROWS

Facebook was recently under fire for announcing millions of users may have had their privacy compromised. That number has now reached up to 87 million! Facebook plans to notify users if they have been affected, by providing a link to the apps being used and detail about what type of information has been shared with others through those apps. In response, one of the things Facebook has done is to announce it will unveil a new privacy policy. That new policy will have a section that explains how data is collected and what data is at issue. Most surprisingly for many users is that their text and call histories can be accessed. If you are concerned about your Facebook account, it might be a good time for a checkup of your settings.
