THOUGHTS ON LAS VEGAS

Blog Post, current events, News

On the night of October 1, 2017 a gunman busted a window in a Vegas high rise casino and opened fire on a crowd of concert goers below. The result was the worst mass shooting in recent history with nearly 60 dead and over 500 injured, and the City is still recovering today – over 3 months later. The disaster showed the resilience of the American people and the spirit of the citizens of Las Vegas as hundreds of people lined the streets to give blood and lend a helping hand. But while these good deeds were being done by some, others turned their attention to the long standing gun control debate. Our hearts go out to all those affected by the shooting, as we hope our Country can work towards solutions that make sense and that unite the American people.
