TROUBLE AHEAD FOR MEDICAL MARIJUNA USERS?
The state of Pennsylvania is the latest state to get on board with use of marijuana for medicinal purposes. But while this may be good news for some, it will not be met with smiles from others. The Federal Government does not allow gun owners to use medical marijuana, which raises a lot of legal questions regarding discriminatory regulations and what gun owners who need marijuana for a medical purpose should react. For now, it seems like there will be a choice to be made; and it is the choice between what some see as their right to bear arms vs. the right to medical remedies.
