“UNITY” BILL INTRODUCED FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA

As soon as the vote for medical marijuana passed, people began showing up at places they thought they could get the product. Unfortunately, there were no rules or regulations in place and potential patients were turned away. Since that time a lot of strides have been made, but the implementation of necessary laws to regulate the industry have not been without obstacles. There were scandals involving high ranking officials, and much needed regulation did not come overnight. A new bill has been introduced to help ease the transition and make things more consistent and clear, and we will keep an eye on its progress.
