An expungement is a legal way to clear your record of an arrest. It comes in handy when you are trying to get a new job, rent an apartment, or apply for certain licenses. An order of expungement is only available for certain, non-violent, offenses and it is worth your time to sit down with us and discuss your options. If you have a prior arrest on your record for something like public intox or a DUI, you will want to file a case for expungement.
