DID YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PIKEPASS ACCOUNT THIS SUMMER?

In mid-June, one of the busiest times for road travel, the computer system at the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority was down. The issue left many travelers unable to access their Pike Pass account online, which could lead to lower balances and the possibility of account termination. Fortunately, the Authority has reported the issues were resolved quickly and customers may once again pay their account online or apply for a Pike Pass via their laptop or PC. For some, the problem was larger than simply not being able to pay for charges online, and frustration was high.
