AN UPDATE ON SPEED LIMIT HIKES

Near the end of April Governor Kevin Stitt signed a bill that would allow increased speed limits. But before you get behind the wheel and put the pedal to the metal you need to know a higher speed limit is not likely any time soon. Authorities with the power to raise the limit first have to conduct safety studies to see if the traffic volume and other factors can handle an increase.
